It’s always a great treat to see the workspace of other printmakers and print groups, and our trip to visit Maryborough PrintSpace was a delight.
The previous post tells the more formal story of the Maryborough Printmakers, but there’s also the informal spirit of community that makes printmaking more than just a solitary practice. We enjoyed a great spread of country hospitality that even expanded off the table onto press beds.
And then there were the wonderful connections, conversations and networking that inspired and invigorated us all.
And the sharing of prints and books and stories.
Kath had even brought along a book she’d made in a workshop in Miles with Judy more than ten years ago!
Maryborough Printmakers we wish you well for the future and thank you for sharing your Printspace and spirit with us.
